At the same time you have a Minister who is talking about introducing bicycles.More cycling compared to the fast trains we see in South Africa,China et al.The questions that begs for answers are:

Are these ministers from the same cabinet? Do they even deliberate  on some these issues? To be honest these thoughts are world apart coming from the same cabinet.Are our leaders serious?
